4. Processing & Shipping Times

• Processing Time:​ 1-2 business days after payment

• Same-Day Shipping:​ Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship same day (weekdays only)

• Weekend/Holiday Orders:​ Processed next business day

• Transit Times:​

  • Continental US: 2-7 business days

  • Alaska/Hawaii: 5-10 business days

  • International: 7-20+ business days

• Free Shipping:​ Orders over $50 (continental US)

• Standard Rates:​

  • Under $50: $4.99 flat rate

  • Alaska/Hawaii: +$8.50 surcharge

• Carrier delays/loss after handoff

• Incorrect address provided by customer
