I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Trulyst.online. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for my store.
1. When You Can Return Items
You may request a return if:
The item is unused and in its original packaging
You contact me within 30 days of delivery
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly fulfilled
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads
Custom-made products
Items marked “Final Sale”
2. The Refund Process
Contact me first at support@trulyst.online with:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if damaged/defective)
I’ll email return instructions within 2 business days
Upon receiving your return:
I’ll inspect the item within 3 business days
Approved refunds go to your original payment method
Processing takes 3-7 business days (depends on your bank)
3. When Refunds Aren’t Possible
I can’t issue refunds for:
Items returned after 30 days
Products damaged by misuse or improper handling
Clearance/sale items (unless defective)
Original shipping fees (unless I made an error)
Return shipping costs (you cover these)
4. Important Notes
Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return postage unless the return is due to my error
Restocking Fee: None! I don’t charge restocking fees
Exchanges: Currently only offer refunds (no direct exchanges)
